  • Non-plastic straws are provided upon request only.

  • No plastic bags offered for to-go orders.

  • Proper recycling practices followed.

  • Only reusable tableware used for onsite dining. Takeaway utensils provided upon request only.

AND CHOOSE TWO MORE CRITERIA:

  • No beverages in plastic bottles sold.

  • Business welcomes use of customer-provided reusable cup, mug, bag, etc.

  • Vegetarian /vegan food options offered (This option helps reduce methane emissions caused by livestock).

  • All seafood is “Best Choice or “Good Alternative” as defined by Seafood Watch or certified sustainable. https://www.seafoodwatch.org

  • Water conservation implemented: low-flow faucets and toilets.

  • Energy efficient efforts (LED lighting and Energy Star appliances used).
