  • Vegetarian food options offered.

  • All seafood is “Best Choice or “Good Alternative” as defined by Seafood Watch or certified sustainable.

  • Water conservation implemented: low-flow faucets and toilets.

  • Energy efficient efforts (LED lighting and Energy Star appliances used)
