Earth Hour invites you to switch off non-essential electric lights and spend 60 minutes doing something – anything – positive for our planet. This year will mark the 20th Earth Hour, which was created by the World Wide Fund for Nature (W.W.F.) and is observed annually on the last Saturday of March.
One hour may not seem like much, but the magic happens when you and like-minded people in Asia and Africa, North and South America, Oceania and Europe — supporters in more than 190 countries and territories — all spend an hour doing something good for the planet.
